Cost per day (including GST)

1 cat = $37
2 cats sharing* = $62

3 cats together* (double condo only) = $99
* These arrangements apply solely to cats from the same household. Cats from different households will always have separate enclosures.
 
A minimum two-day charge will apply for day stays and overnight bookings.
 
A $50 surcharge will apply where check-in and/or check-out falls on Sundays and/or NSW public holidays.
 
Cats must be fully vaccinated and treated for fleas in order to board with us (refer to our Terms and Conditions).

Inclusions:

  • an individual enclosure with comfy bedding;
  • premium wet and/or dry food options**;
  • administering of medications (if required);
  • photo/video updates (either directly or via our social media pages);
  • a climate-controlled environment;
  • individual play time;
  • TV to entertain; and
  • cuddles from our Cat Crew.

** Our standard stock is listed below. If your cat’s food is not listed, and you’d like us to feed them what they eat at home, please bring along an appropriate supply.

Cats will be offered individual play time, and we also have a fully enclosed outdoor area.

Social cats may be offered supervised play with other social cats during their stay (if you are happy for this to occur!).

How are boarding fees charged?

Boarding fees are charged starting from the day of check-in and for each full day thereafter. For AM check-out the day of departure is not charged. For PM check-out the day of departure IS charged.

Example: 1 February arrival to AM 5 February departure = four days, and 1 February arrival to PM 5 February departure = five days.

Can we drop off / pick up our cat outside your normal opening hours?

Not under normal circumstances. We may offer this in exceptional circumstances, with sufficient notice, but this is solely at our discretion.

Payment

Boarding fees in their entirety are to be paid at least seven (7) days prior to check-in for off-peak bookings, or at least 21 days prior to check-in for peak period bookings.

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Credits will not be offered for early check-out or last-minute cancellations.

Off-peak bookings
Payments are fully refundable unless cancelling fewer than seven (7) days prior to check-in.

Peak period bookings
Payments are fully refundable unless cancelling fewer than 21 days prior to check-in.

Christmas Holiday Bookings

A seven (7) day minimum stay applies during the Christmas/New Year holiday period.
Boarding fees in their entirety are to be paid at least 21 days prior to check-in for peak period bookings.
