Terms & Conditions
1. To board at Caringbah Cat Hotel feline guests must be:
- at least four months old;
- desexed;
- fully vaccinated^;
- and treated for fleas^^ at least seven (7) days prior to check-in with a veterinary grade treatment.
^ Vaccination
The minimum vaccination requirement is F3. A guest’s last vaccination must have been administered no earlier than 12 months, and no later than 14 days, prior to check-in. Proof of vaccination should be submitted well before check-in and no later than the date full payment is due.
^^ Flea treatment
If guests do not receive regular flea treatments at home, please apply a dose at least seven (7) days prior to check-in. Appropriate treatments include Revolution/+, Bravecto/+, Advocate, or Advantage.
If guests do receive regular flea treatments at home, there is no need to alter their schedule. For stays longer than a month, additional doses should be supplied as appropriate so a guest’s regular treatment schedule can be maintained.
Should any guest be found to have fleas or flea dirt, Caringbah Cat Hotel reserves the right to immediately terminate the booking and additional charges may apply.
2. Caringbah Cat Hotel is open for check-in and check-out for two windows (AM and PM) most days of the year.
While our Cat Crew care for guests every day, the ability to check-in or check-out on a public holiday is at our discretion.
AM hours are 8-10 Monday to Saturday, and 9-11 Sunday.
PM hours are 5-7 Monday to Saturday, and 4-5pm Sunday.
3. Boarding fees are charged starting from the day of check-in and for each full day thereafter. For AM check-out the day of departure is not charged. For PM check-out the day of departure IS charged.
4. A minimum two-day charge will apply for day stays and overnight bookings. A $50 surcharge will apply where check-in and/or check-out falls on Sundays and/or NSW public holidays.
5. A seven (7) day minimum stay applies during the Christmas/New Year period.
6. Notice of any pre-existing medical conditions and/or medication requirements must be provided with any booking request. Medications should be clearly labelled and prepared (e.g., tablets to be quartered or halved) prior to check-in.
7. Any bedding/toys/items accompanying guests should be clean and machine washable.
8. If a guest requires veterinary attention, the client/owner (typically the person who requests the booking) is liable for all expenses payable. If you cannot be contacted using the contact details and/or emergency contact information provided at the time of booking, Caringbah Cat Hotel will act in the best interests of the cat, and all relevant costs will be payable by the client/owner.
9. Under no circumstances will Caringbah Cat Hotel be held responsible for any illness, injury, death, loss or damage of any kind that may occur to, or relating to, any guest of the hotel.
10. Boarding fees in their entirety are to be paid on the due date, according to your invoice, to avoid the Caringbah Cat Hotel booking system automatically cancelling your booking.
11. Credits will not be offered for early check-out or last-minute cancellations.
12. Refunds:

Payments are fully refundable unless cancelling fewer than seven (7) days prior to check-in.
Peak period bookings
Payments are fully refundable unless cancelling fewer than 21 days prior to check-in.
Peak period bookings are those which include school holidays, Easter and December through January.

Our Caringbah Cat Hotel booking system will automatically cancel your booking if full payment is not received by the due date reflected on your invoice.
Caringbah Cat Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event of extenuating circumstances including, but not limited to, a guest posing a danger to other guests or our Cat Crew.
