Cats must be vaccinated (minimum F3) in order to board with us (refer to our Terms and Conditions).
Once a booking request is successfully submitted you should immediately receive an automated “booking request under review” email.
We aim to process booking requests within 48 hours, but it may occasionally take longer. Please check your spam folder and contact us if you have any concerns.
Please note:
1. For peak periods (school holidays, Easter, December and January) we can fill up months in advance, but we do keep cancellation lists.
2. A minimum two-day charge will apply for day stays and overnight bookings.
3. A $50 surcharge will apply where check-in and/or check-out falls on Sundays and/or NSW public holidays.
