Cats must be vaccinated (minimum F3) in order to board with us (refer to our Terms and Conditions).
Once a booking request is successfully submitted you should immediately receive an automated “booking request under review” email.
We aim to process booking requests within 48 hours, but it may occasionally take longer. Please check your spam folder and contact us if you have any concerns.
Please note that for peak periods (Easter, Christmas, school holidays) we can fill up months in advance, but we do keep cancellation lists.
