Terms & Conditions

  1. Boarding fees are charged per calendar day and our hours are 8am – 10am and 5pm – 7pm Monday to Saturday and 9am – 11am Sundays. You will not be charged for the day if picking your kitty cat up during our morning hours.
  2. There is a two day minimum charge regardless of length of stay. This is to cover our time cleaning and sanitising enclosures which has to be done regardless of length of stay.
  3. Sunday afternoon pickups are available by appointment and at our discretion.
  4. Caringbah Cat Hotel is open by appointment for pick ups and drop offs 365 days a year (public holidays and Sunday afternoons are at our discretion).
  5. All cats must be de-sexed and fully vaccinated. A copy of your cat’s vaccination certificate MUST be provided on or prior to admission. If this cannot be provided your cat will not be admitted.
  6. Vaccinations must be up to date no less than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.
  7. Notice of any pre-existing medical conditions and medications to be administered must be provided when booking. Medications should be clearly labelled and prepared (e.g., tablets to be quartered or halved prior to boarding).
  8. We are flea-free! All cats must be treated with a veterinary grade flea treatment (e.g., Frontline®, Advantage®, Advocate® or Revolution®) at least 3-4 days prior to arrival. If staying longer than a month, please bring a second dosage to be applied by Caringbah Cat Hotel. If your cat is found to have fleas or flea dirt, a treatment will be applied at a cost of $15.
  9. Please ensure any bedding/toys you bring with you from home are machine-washable, clean and flea-free.
  10. If veterinary attention is necessary the owner is liable for all such expenses. We will use the contact information you have left with us, but if we cannot contact you we will act in the best interests of the cat, and all relevant costs will be passed to the owner.
  11. Under no circumstances will Caringbah Cat Hotel be held responsible for illness, injury, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever that may occur to any cat staying at Caringbah Cat Hotel.
  12. A deposit is required to confirm your booking and payment options will be provided to you. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid unless stated otherwise.
  13. Boarding fees in their entirety are to be paid on or before arrival at Caringbah Cat Hotel.
  14. Deposits are fully refundable unless cancelling fewer than seven (7) days prior to your cat’s arrival date. Deposits for all school holiday and public holiday periods are not refundable.
  15. Refunds and credits will not be offered for early pick ups or last minute cancellations.
