1 cat = $33
2 cats sharing* = $55
3 cats* (double condo only) = $66
* These arrangements apply solely to cats from the same household. Cats from different households will always have separate enclosures.
 
Boarding fees are to be paid in full prior to arrival.
 
Cats must be vaccinated (minimum F3) in order to board with us (refer to our Terms and Conditions).

Inclusions:

  • an individual enclosure with comfy bedding;
  • premium wet and/or dry food options**;
  • administering of medications (if required);
  • photo/video updates (either directly or via our social media pages);
  • a climate-controlled environment;
  • individual play time;
  • TV to entertain; and
  • cuddles from our Cat Crew.

** Our standard stock is listed below. If your cat’s food is not listed, and you’d like us to feed them what they eat at home, please bring along an appropriate supply.

Cats will be offered individual play time, and we also have a fully enclosed outdoor area.

Social cats may be offered supervised play with other social cats during their stay (if you are happy for this to occur!).

How are boarding fees charged?

We charge for the day of check-in and each full day thereafter. If your cat checks out during our AM window we do not charge for that day, but if your cat checks out during our PM window we do charge for that day.

Example: 1 February arrival to AM 5 February departure = four days, and 1 February arrival to PM 5 February departure = five days.

Can we drop off / pick up our cat outside your normal opening hours?

Not under normal circumstances. We may offer this in exceptional circumstances, with sufficient notice, but this is solely at our discretion.

Booking Deposit

A deposit is required to hold a spot for peak periods (i.e., Easter, Christmas, school holidays, public holidays), and may be required for long stays during non-peak periods – the amount will be confirmed with you directly.

Deposits for peak periods are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future booking.

Deposits not received within seven (7) days, where no further contact has been made, will result in the booking being cancelled.

Deposits for non-peak periods are transferrable to a future booking, unless cancelling fewer than seven (7) days prior to your cat’s arrival date.

Payment

Boarding fees are to be paid in full prior to arrival. Payment options include:

^ Bank details will be provided with your booking confirmation.
^^ You can request an invoice to pay online prior to check-in, or use our on-site card facilities during check-in.

We do not offer credits for early collections or last-minute cancellations.

Christmas Holiday Bookings

A seven (7) day minimum stay applies during the Christmas/New Year holiday period.
A  non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking during this period, and the balance is due seven (7) days prior to your cat’s arrival.
